My Very First Winter Wonderland

So this is the first time in my life I have ever lived in a place that snows, which is actually pretty exciting.  I was seriously so excited the first time there was even frost!  I have my very own WINTER WONDERLAND.  I'm quite high-maintenance aren't I? ;)

Anyways, last weekend I had the opportunity to go to both Fargo and Grand Forks!  I went to a football game and tasted these DELICIOUS Bavarian Almonds!  The smell as good as they taste and are delightfully sweet and crunchy.

In Grand Forks we also went to this place called Red Pepper.  It's a mix of a sandwich shop and Mexican food. :)

We also got to go to TIM HORTONS !!!!! As you can tell, I was veryyyy excited.  I ordered a pumpkin pie doughnut and it was very scrumptious.  The creamy pumpkin pie filling was unique, and the shape of the donut was so pretty!

We went to the mall in Fargo, and I saw this awesome little fancy interior decor thingy!  Haha it's so true though!
I had my lovely roommate take a picture of me with this random, colorful buffalo in the middle of the mall!  Haha xD

I had the great opportunity to cook dinner for my friend's family as well. I planned on making pho, but I bought the wrong powder seasoning!!!!  Instead of the chicken pho soup seasoning, I accidentally bought chicken broth powder.  Thankfully, it still turned out to be hit!  Yay! :D
Green onion, Thai basil, & cilantro to put into the soup. :)

So yeah, I'm doing okay so far... keep praying for me.  College can be quite the crazy life, but I'm enjoying every windy, icy, step of it! :D  Okay, let's be real.  Sometime's it's a bit TOO crazy, but that's when you just keep your chin up, right?! :)
